Do I need technical experience?
Manage your academy through the interface: add your identity, courses, and content without building a website from scratch. Explore the demonstration academy to see the workflow.
Are these real product screens?
Yes. These screens come from a demonstration academy inside Eilm. They contain illustrative data, not customer results or promises of future outcomes.
Are messages sent to learners automatically?
Human approval comes before communication. Eilm presents the signal, evidence, and proposal, and keeps a record of the decision and follow-up.
What do I pay now?
Eilm is free during the pilot, with no Eilm commission on sales. Independent payment-provider and external service fees may apply.
How do learners pay me?
Through your own Stripe or Paymob account, or by bank transfer with proof that you approve. The money goes to your account, not through Eilm, and Eilm takes no commission.
Can I use my own domain?
Your academy always has its address on Eilm. During the pilot, your own domain is connected with you by hand, once its DNS and security certificate are checked.
Is Eilm only in Arabic?
Arabic comes first and English is complete: every page works in both, right to left and left to right, and each learner reads in the language they choose.
Can I bring my existing questions?
Yes. Assessment questions import from a CSV file, into an assessment or a question bank, and every row is checked before anything is saved.
